RozMary Basement Flick Production was established in 2001, out of the basement of Lee Zellars home. The name RozMary is a combination of Lee Zellars mother's name, Rose Zellars, father's name Otis Zellars and mother-inlaw Mary Laporte. The three were very instrumental in the creation of the company.
Since 2001 RozMary has produced three featured films, two of which have won awards. One documentary was produced titled M.O.M.S Mothers Of Murdered Sons.
A variety show called The Basement Show, TV sitcom titled The Spot and several short films. Most can be viewed on local cable, and the Internet. The newest project, is a crime drama TV show called O.T.R.
The Purpose and Goals of Our Company
The purpose of the company, RozMary Basement Flick Production, is to create and develop quality programs. These programs would consist of television series, comedy sitcoms, movies, and family programs. We are currently seeking to affiliate our company with a major studio or distributor to assist in sales of all of the above mentioned.
RozMary currently has a team of highly talented individuals, who collectively bring their talents and experiences to the company, thereby affording us a competitive edge in the field of entertainment. We also have plans in the near future, to use our production talents to create and develop commercials, and marketing strategies for individual companies as well.
The company looks toward future expansion and growth, seeking to be as competitive as Disney, Sony, or Warner Bros Pictures. This may seem to some a very large goal, but we are confident in our team and our abilities to create quality programming that consumers will find enjoyable, and entertaining.
